Each studio has it's own studio lead. Your mission is to maximise the guest experience inside and outside of the studio. When it comes to your studio, you are the go-to point of contact for guests, trainers, and our guest experience team.  You keep the wheels turning and a finger on the pulse! This position is highly entrepreneurial and no two days will look the same. 

REPORT TO: Operational Manager

BREAKDOWN:  90% in studio, 10% outside of studio

TYPE OF WORK: Part time/ Full Time Employee, 20-30 hours per week. Some early mornings, evenings and weekends may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Creating a Legendary Guest Experience Team

         -building and maintaining your people pipeline

         -training and development

         -scheduling

         -auditing hours and performance of your guest experience team

         -transferring credit

2) Studio Maintenance

          -manage appearance and cleanliness of studio

          -machine maintenance

          -manage studio supplies

          -audit trainers, front desk staff, and cleaners

3) Operations

          -inventory management

          -POS Reconciliation

          -Reporting

          -Scheduling Privates

4) Customer Service

          -greeting clients in a positive and courteous manner

          -handling complaints and escalating if required

          -living the 'Lagree Life', acting as an ambassador of the brand and promoting the company values

         - providing a concierge experience, with special focus on new guests and our super clients

REQUIREMENTS: You are entrepreneurial, highly organised, customer focused, operationally savvy, with experience leading teams. Bonus points for experience with Mindbody!

Social media + community manager

We are looking for a talented social media manager to help us elevate our brand. The ideal candidate will be the administrator and creative marketing voice behind all social media platforms to ensure high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

TYPE OF WORK: Part time, Contract

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Work with management to design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

-Plan, executive and share content across multiple social platforms

-Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

-Communicate with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS:

-Keen eye for aesthetics

-Basic graphic design skills in indesign, photoshop or other

-Know your way around squarespace + mailchimp

-Highly organised

-Photography skills a bonus!
