How it Works

FAQ’s

  • The classic fall challenge that you know and love, is back — with a little (pumpkin) spice! Secure special pricing, earn milestone prizes and unlock exclusive promotions, throughout the month of Oktober.

    BONUS: each class completed = one entry into the Grand Prize Draw.

  • Simply take classes throughout the month of October. Make sure to sign-up (free) for the challenge here

  • Milestone emails will be sent out toward the end of the challenge — we’ve strategically decided this new approach so no one gets missed! All milestone gifts will be available for pickup after the challenge — the pickup date will be noted in the milestone emails.

  • Yes!

    • Participants who complete 10 classes unlock prizes from our community partners!

    • Participants who complete 20 classes unlock an exclusive Oktoberwest Hoodie and MORE community prizes!

    • There will also be a Grand Prize draw for all Oktoberwest participants. Even if you don’t finish 10 or 20 classes, you will be eligible to win. Every 5 classes you take during the month of October will count as one entry for the draw. The more classes you take, the more chances you have to win! (Reminder: guests must be signed up for the challenge)

  • The student and corporate discounts are not applicable towards Oktoberwest Packages as they are already discounted.

  • Oktoberwest Credits are valid for use between October 1-31, 2025. Unused credits expire October 31, 2025.

  • Yes, you can still sign up for the challenge up until October 31, 2025!

  • Yes, you can use your regular package or membership and still participate in the challenge. We will be tracking entries so you don't have to track anything! Be sure to register for the challenge (free).

  • Classes attended using ClassPass and digital classes do not count towards the challenge.

  • We know how much our community loves to crush their goals. If you find yourself on pace to finish your Oktoberwest membership before the end of October and want to add more, purchase an upgrade! They’re only valid for the duration of Oktoberwest, and available to purchase in-studio or via email.

  • We can absolutely extend regular-price class packs! Please make sure to contact us before your credits expire :)

  • We don’t do refunds for class packages, but we can exchange unused packages for the Oktoberwest package instead! (ex. if 1/10 classes are used in a 10-class pack, we will not be able to accommodate this) Any leftover balance will be added to the guest’s account, not refunded.
