Sweat for a Cause
Our mission is to inspire personal growth through movement. Through personal growth comes collective growth and together we can create a positive impact within our community. ‘Sweat for a Cause’ is our initiative to increase accessibility, build relationships, and give back to our community.
Each quarter, we will partner with a local organization or cause related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; Supporting Women and Mental Health. Sweat For a Cause will be held monthly at all of our locations and guests can attend by donation or with existing class credits. Class profits will be donated to the featured organization, so we can deepen our support and community impact.

Wirth Foundation
The Wirth Foundation is a Canadian mental health non-profit based in Vancouver, BC. Their mission is to expand access to mental health services for Canadians who otherwise cannot afford it.
They do so by providing free therapy sessions with licensed therapists to people facing financial barriers to accessing mental health care. They also host community events to foster spaces for connection and fight the stigma that still exists surrounding mental health in our society.

We acknowledge that Lagree West operates within the boutique fitness industry, where accessibility for and representation of BIPoC has historically been limited. We are committed to giving back to our community, supporting diversity, fostering inclusivity, and creating more equitable access to our classes, through our community class offerings. Pricing for our community classes will be offered using a ‘pay-what-you-can’ model, helping to ease the financial barriers to boutique fitness and increase access to underrepresented communities.
